Two Indian men have allegedly ripped chat application on their phone , kidnap and rape of Australian woman has been charged .

On the drive from Belconnen to Kippax , she was allegedly sexually assaulted .
The court heard that she was then in the height Apartments on Chandler Street in Belconnen , when they put in the unit and allegedly sexually assaulted by defendant alone and then drive to another .
The first contact was photographed , and the photos allegedly used to force the woman to other sexual acts with the second man .
Singh alleged that Ajit Pal said the woman if she would be met , the photos would be displayed husband .
Age Detective Constable Maguire said CCTV footage from Kippax Fair shopping center confirmed the woman's story .
He said the police have tried to search for the third man .
During a search of Ajit Singh Pal unit height Apartments on October 11 , was arrested by the police and several mobile phones and linens .
Age Detective Constable Maguire said forensic investigations continued .
